Place-making applied research

The project involves a collaboration between RMIT researchers and Places Victoria the Victorian State Government’s Urban Renewal Authority.

The project is focusing also on the interrelationships between health, wellbeing and liveability that can flow from privileging walking, cycling and public transport and applying placemaking principles in practice. The project will generate a sound basis and framework through which place-making can be applied in specific urban settings confronting the Victorian Government’s urban renewal authority.
