Sustaining homeownership in the 21st century: emerging policy concerns
Summary

The research aims to chart the challenges to homeownership in the twenty-first century, and to explore the possible policy responses to these challenges. The research will develop ideas about how housing policy might reform the tax treatment of homeowners in ways that might implement the goals sought by direct housing assistance measures.
