The practice of polygamy and community well-being
This national level project is a joint collaboration of Sisters in Islam with Universiti Malaya (UM), Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), and Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), and Yaso Nadarajah from RMIT University as international research associate. The research aims to deepen the understanding of the dynamics of Muslim polygamous families, their different experiences, needs, concerns and considering new reforms to family law.
